Matthew D. Weigand

Just another site

My name is Matthew, and I am a writer.

This blog, represents my online outlet through which I share my own writings. Whether it be thoughts, poems, short stories, experiments, or other.

I am currently a Literature and Writing Studies undergraduate at Santa Clara University.

I started this blog in order to start categorizing my work and building an inventory of writing. Comment if you wish – I appreciate any critiques. Cheers.

  1. Thanks so much for finding my blog Matthew. I started my wordpress site for the same reasons as you I believe – it’s great to have a space to store and display your work, even if it feels like no one much is reading it! Know that you are talented and have a strong voice, and someone is reading…Me! Look forward to conversing with you more about our works and writing 🙂

  2. Wow…..Reading your work makes me feel even more appreciative of your input. You are a great writer!

  3. I agree with Louise, thanks for finding my blog and commenting on my work; it is nice to have readers. I will come back here to read your upcoming stories and poems.

  5. For some reason when I hear this song I think of you now. It sounds like something you would write.

  6. Matthew, your writing is very deep, I love the complexities of the characters. Sometimes your work is very disturbing, yet uncanny. Good work! Maybe you can also check out my work?

  7. Hey Matthew, are you still writing? I haven’t come over to your blog in awhile and now that I’ve stopped by again I see you haven’t written since March. I love hearing your thoughts and enjoy the way you write. I hope school finished up well for you last spring. Are you studying again this fall?
